What people use it for

A few slices steeped in a flask through the day, double-boiled with chicken, or brewed with chrysanthemum or honey. The tails and the powder are the cheaper way to get the same root into a soup.

How to prepare it

Three to five slices in a mug of just-boiled water, covered, 10 minutes; keep topping the mug up through the day. For soup, 10 g double-boiled for two hours.

Keeping it

Airtight, dry, out of the sun. The fridge is fine and is common for whole roots.

Items well received. However due to unavailability of stocks, 2 out of the 4 items were not my original choice but have to accept substitution. The ginseng roots look very broken. Anyway thanks seller for the small gift.
