Questions people ask

What is the difference between the south and north kernel?

The south (sweet) kernel is bigger and milder; the north (bitter) kernel is smaller and much stronger, so recipes use far more of the first than the second.

Can I eat them raw?

No. Apricot kernels are cooked before eating, which is how every recipe using them is written.

How far does this pack go?
