The dried silk from sweetcorn, brewing a pale gold with a mild, faintly sweet taste. Sold as listed above, unsweetened.
Also known as yu mi xu, corn silk tea, 玉米须, maize silk.
What people use it for
Brewed alone or with dried corn, and often given to children because it is so mild.
How to prepare it
A small handful or one sachet per mug, 5 minutes.
